Pregnant women have altered sense of self: always look back on a growing child in their stomach. Think of the two is good, but eating for two is quite wrong formula when it comes to a healthy diet during pregnancy.

Gynecologists and nutrition experts constantly warn that, when it comes to diet pregnant women, it is not important the quantity but the quality of food.
